The pin override mask tells the module to use either the hardware pins or the
CDI commands to configure the channel, baud band, TX / RX mode and output
power level. The values range from 0 to 15 (0 to F hexadecimal) and depend
on which items are to be controlled with the CDI and which are to be controlled
with the hardware pins. Figure 17 shows example values.
